Our origin story
Champions of remote work Christophe Garnier and Ginger Dhaliwal joined forces in 2018 to launch Upflex to help companies embrace workplace flexibility, bringing employees more work-life balance and helping to address sustainability issues in the world of work. In 2020, we saw skyrocketing adoption, as enterprise-scale companies around the world searched for new ways to adapt to the ever-changing demands of distributed work.
